If you receive a book with a manufacturing defect (e.g., missing pages, misbound, major print error), contact support within 30 days and we'll either reprint or refund. Please provide photographs of the defect. Minor aesthetic issues (e.g., slight color variation) are reviewed case-by-case.

Yes. Our mobile app (iOS & Android) allows you to upload photos, choose templates, customize layouts and order your book—all from your device.

How do I design a photo book?

Accepted Answer

Create a book: Hit the blue plus icon at the bottom of the screen to create a new book. Then select a cover photo, size, cover type, and name your book and you're off and running.

Add pages: Once the book is created, you can add pages with up to five photos on each page. Select a layout based on the number of photos you've added to the page and then fine tune the size and position of the photos on the page preview screen.

Complete the book: After you've designed the book, mark it complete in your Projects tab. This will move the book to your Library, where you can add it to your shopping cart and purchase the book.

Can multiple family members collaborate?

Yes—one person can create the book and invite collaborators (via email or link) who can upload photos, suggest edits, or add pages. Everyone sees the latest version and you remain in control of final submission.

Yes. Once you've completed and purchased a book, you can reorder duplicates at any time. Completed books are stored in Library tab of the app.

Can I edit an existing book or change the design after initially saving it?

Yes. Click the three dots next to the book in your Library and select Make Copy. A copy of the book will be created in your Library that you can edit.
